LSA GYMNASTICS BEGINNERS (4 TO 6 YEARS)

Beginner Gymnastics Classes at Leeds Sports Academy bring together all the foundation elements of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment.

The primary objective of our LSA Beginner Classes are to provide each child with a strong foundation in the first level that they will be able to build upon in future levels. Each level has specific goals and these are designed for each child’s skill level both physically and mentally. Gymnastics helps develop coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, self-confidence and discipline which helps provide a strong foundation for all sports.
