Places are limited for each camp. We work on a first-come-first-served basis. Places are regularly updated online. If places are sold out for a camp, this will be shown as ‘SOLD OUT’ on our contact forms.
If the camp you require is fully booked, you can be placed on a waiting list. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified at the earliest possibility. Waiting lists work on a first come first serve basis.
Payment is required in Full to secure your child’s place on our camps. Failure to make payment will result in other children receiving priority for the space. We always want to help where possible, if any parent is struggling to make payment, please get in touch with our Head Office to discuss on 0113 224 9331.
We staff according to our ratios, if parents are late this seriously jeopardises the safety of our children. As such, parents cannot be late or drop off early. Unfortunately, in the case of this, we have to impose fines.
Our fining system works as follows:
We allow a ‘grace period’ of 5 minutes (however not after 6pm)
After this time (15.05 or 17.05) there will be a £10.00 fine for every 15 minutes late.
If you are late after 6.00pm, there is a £10.00 fine for every 10 minutes you are late.
You will not be able to drop off your children earlier than your stated drop off time.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that any late fees must be paid within 48 hours of the collection of your child from camp. An invoice will be sent by email with fees payable by BACS or Cheque. Failure to comply may result in further costs and the removal of your child from all future MINEBLOX activities.
We understand plans change, and we will endeavour to be accommodating where possible.
As such we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancel between 21 days+ from allotted date = 100% refund
Cancel between 14 days to 20 days before allotted date = 75% refund
Cancel between 8 days and 13 days before allotted date = 50% refund

Cancel inside 7 days before allotted date = No refund
Changing a Booking
We will change a booking like for like at any point (subject to availability where possible). If you are changing your original package, this may incur either a credit note, a refund or a charge. If you do need to change your booking, please can you contact us as soon as possible and we can advise on availability. We will always help you with the most cost effective way to amend your booking.
Offers, discounts and Vouchers
We offer various codes and discounts throughout the year. All the vouchers are subject to availability. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Vouchers are accepted on the discretion of management.
We often have requests for friends or siblings to be in the same groups throughout the day. We usually work in age groups. However we will endeavour to help with this in any way we can.
Photography and Videos
We will take photograph and videos throughout our sessions. These photographs will be strictly used for internal marketing purposes only via our website, Facebook and Twitter as well as in MINEBLOX materials including leaflets.
If you do not want your child to be photographed or videoed please alert us to this as early as possibly on 0113 2249331. MINEBLOX will not be held liable if a child’s image is used for marketing reasons if a parent or guardian has failed to advise otherwise.
We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well being of the camp.
